(DES MOINES) – Gov. Branstad today took action on the following legislation:

House File 2336: An Act relating to appropriations involving state government entities involved with agriculture, natural resources, and environmental protection, and including effective date provisions. SEE ITEM VETO HERE.

House File 2337: An Act relating to appropriations to the Department of Cultural Affairs, the Economic Development Authority, certain Boards of Regents institutions, the Department of Workforce Development, the Iowa Finance Authority, the Rebuild Iowa Infrastructure Fund, and the Public Employment Relations Board, eliminating the film tax credit program, providing for other properly related matters, including effective date and retroactive and other applicability provisions. House File 2465: An Act relating to state and local finances by making and adjusting appropriations, providing for funding of property tax credits and reimbursements and for other matters pertaining to taxation, providing for fees and criminal penalties, providing for legal responsibilities, providing for certain insurance and employee benefits, and providing for properly related matters, and including effective date and retroactive and other applicability provisions.
