Open records information provided by the Office of the Governor in April 2011

- On average, requests were released within 16 days

On March 11, 2011, Zach Edwards, AFL-CIO, requested all documents regarding AFSCME, project labor agreements, nursing homes, collective bargaining, Mayor Corbett, EO #69, chef, house-keeper, and Wisconsin On April 29, 2011, 617 emails with attachments and 214 pages of documents were provided at a charge of $539.50.

On March 14, 2011, Nathan Tucker, Iowa Judicial Watch, requested all documents regarding the judicial nominating commission nominees. On April 8, 2011, 45 pages in hard copy were provided at a charge of $3.60 for copies.

On March 20, 2011, Nathan Tucker, Iowa Judicial Watch, requested all documents regarding the Judicial District 7 nominees. On April 20, 2011, 70 emails with attachments and 9 documents in hard copy were provided at a charge of $33.

On April 19, 2011, Connie Ryan Terrell, Interfaith Alliance of Iowa, requested all documents with the word “Wiggins.” On April 22, 2011, 66 emails were provided at no charge.

On April 20, 2011, Dean Close, Brandon, Iowa, requested the application for restoration of voting rights by Patrick C. Lyons and the decision from Governor Vilsack. On April 21st, after receiving permission from Governor Vilsack’s representative, three pages were provided at no charge.

On April 21, 2011, Nathan Tucker, Iowa Judicial Watch, requested to review Jim Kersten’s application for the Judicial Nominating Commission. On April 29, 2011, eight pages were provided. There was no charge.
