On March 5, 2015, Catherine Lucey, Associated Press, requested to review, “Copies of Governor Branstad’s complete office schedule for the months of January and February 2015.” On March 26, 2015, our office provided 120 pages in hard copy. There was a charge of $11.00 for copies. No documents were withheld. On March 12, 2015, Sheila Tipton, Des Moines, requested to review, “All applications, excluding the confidential background check sheet, for the Utilities Board for positions beginning May 1, 2015, and excluding the application of Sheila Tipton.” On March 12, 2015, our office provided 9 pages in hard copy. There was no charge for this request. There were no documents withheld. Redactions were made pursuant to Iowa Code section 22.7(18). On March 12, 2015, Jah Love, Minneapolis, Minnesota, requested to review, “All government data related to CBD, THC, weed, marijuana, pot, and medical marijuana legislation from January 1, 2013 – March 12, 2015.” On March 31, 2015, our office provided 50 pages in hard copy On March 24, 2015, Sabrina Ahmed, WOI, requested copies of all firearm restoration and pardon certificates granted by Governor Branstad from January 2011 – present day. On March 24, 2015, our office provided 21 documents in hard copy. There was no charge for this request. No documents were withheld. On March 25, 2015, Erik Peterson, Muckrock.com, requested to review, “A log of public records requests submitted to the Governor’s Office that lists the date of the request, the requester’s name, the requester’s organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the date the request was filled from 2011 – present.” On March 25, 2015, our office provided the link that publicly makes available the requested information. There was no charge for this request. No documents were withheld. On March 30, 2015, Josh Gaines, Collateral Consequences Resource Center, requested to review, “The number of grants, denials and total number of applications for restoration of citizenship – right to vote and hold public office for the years 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.” On March 31, 2015, our office provided one page in hard copy. There was no charge for this request. No information was withheld.
