On September 22, 2014, Adam Mason, Iowa Citizens for Community Improvement (ICCI) request all documents regarding the Energy Transfer Partners and the Iowa Bakken Oil Pipeline sent to the Office of the Governor from August 1, 2014 – September 19, 2014.  On October 16, 2014, our office provided a CD containing 48 emails and 24 pages in hard copy.  There was a charge of $1.40 for copies.

On October 1, 2014, Deb Kozel, Legislative Services Agency (LSA), requested all meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and draft documents related to the EPA Waters rule from April 1, 2014 – September 30, 2014.  On October 22, 2014, our office provided 204 pages to review.  There was no charge for this request.

On October 27, 2014, State Representative Chuck Isenhart, Dubuque, requested all materials shared at the April 1, 2014 American Gas Association, the Waters Advocacy Coalition, and the National Association of Homebuilders.  On October 30, 2014, our office provided 27 pages for review.  There was no charge for this request.
