- Department of Administrative Services ………………………...$9,313.42 On February 3, 2016 a power blip at the Ankeny Labs resulted in damage to equipment. Request was to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor has reviewed this request and recommends payment. This represents full and final payment, $2,515.00 will be reverted and this allocation closed.

The Executive Council met in regular session at 10:02 a.m. Room G09 of the Capitol Building with Governor Terry Branstad presiding. Secretary of State Paul Pate (via telephone) and Auditor of State Mary Mosiman were present. State Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald and Secretary of Agriculture William Northey were absent |

Moved by Auditor Mosiman and seconded by Secretary Pate that the Council approve the minutes of the Executive Council meeting held October 3, 2016.

Christie Templeton, Department of Human Services, was present to request an emergency allocation pursuant to Governor’s Disaster Proclamation for Fayette and Muscatine Counties in the amount of $60,000.00 and to transfer funds for disbursement to the individual applicant without Executive Council approval for each individual applicant.
Moved by Auditor Mosiman and seconded by Secretary Pate that the Executive Council approve the request.
