The Executive Council met in regular session at 10:01 a.m. Room G09 of the Capitol Building with Governor Terry Branstad presiding. Secretary of State Paul Pate (via telephone), Auditor of State Mary Mosiman and State Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald were present. Secretary of Agriculture William Northey was absent. |
