Emergency Allocations

Department of Public Safety is requesting a supplemental emergency allocation in the amount of $357.30 and payment in the amount of $6,103.25. On August 3, 2016 State Patrol Vehicle #478 was damaged due to a deer accident on Hwy 2 in Taylor County. Request is to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor’s Office has reviewed request and recommends additional allocation and payment in the amount requested. This represents full and final payment and this allocation will be closed.

Department of Public Safety is requesting a supplemental emergency allocation in the amount of $10.37 and payment in the amount of $2,532.22.
On June 14, 2016 State Patrol Vehicle # 979 was damage as a result of hitting a deer on Highway 21 in Poweshiek County. Request is to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor’s Office has reviewed request and recommends additional allocation and payment in the amount requested. This represents full and final payment and this allocation will be closed.

Iowa Communications Network is requesting a supplemental emergency allocation in the amount of $710.79 and payment in the amount of $17,050.86.On April 27, 2015 ICN cable was damaged due to erosion along I-80 in Cass County.Request is to cover repair costs.
The State Auditor’s Office has reviewed request and recommends additional allocation and payment in the amount requested. This represents full and final payment and this allocation will be closed.

The Executive Council met in regular session at 10:00 a.m. Room G09 of the Capitol Building with Secretary of State Paul Pate (via telephone) presiding. Auditor of State Mary Mosiman and State Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald were present. Governor Terry Branstad and Secretary of Agriculture William Northey were absent. |
