Executive Council Meeting 5.21.18

The Executive Council met in regular session at 10:01 a.m. in Room G09 of the Capitol Building with Secretary of State Paul Pate presiding (via telephone). Auditor of State Mary Mosiman (via telephone), Treasurer of State Michael Fitzgerald and Secretary of Agriculture Michael Naig were present. Governor Kim Reynolds presiding was absent.

2. The Attorney General’s Office on behalf of the State Treasurer’s Office requests a firm change in U.S. Savings Bonds Litigation. J. On September 22, 2016 Backbone State Park and Yellow River State Forest sustained flood damage.  This request was to cover the State’s share of the damages not covered by FEMA.
