How to schedule an event
Thank you for contacting the Office of the Governor with your request to schedule an event with the Governor or Lt. Governor.
All requests must be submitted through our online scheduling request form. This allows our staff to do an initial weekly review of all new requests in the order they are received. A member of our staff will contact you to accept or decline the invitation as soon as a decision has been made. Our goal is to confirm the Governor’s or Lt. Governor’s availability approximately four weeks in advance of the event.
