Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following bills into law:  
 
SF 176: A bill for an act relating to participation in cocurricular and extracurricular activities offered by school districts by pupils who open enroll for purposes of receiving educational instruction and course content primarily over the internet.
SF 273: A bill for an act relating to mandatory reporting to the Board of Educational Examiners of licensed school employees who engage in grooming behavior toward students.
SF 492: A bill for an act relating to the acquisition of certain vehicles by a vehicle recycler and making penalties applicable.
SF 2417: A bill for an act establishing requirements and guidelines for conversational AI services, and providing civil penalties, and including applicability provisions.
SF 2426: A bill for an act relating to sufficient English language proficiency requirements for commercial drivers, providing penalties, and including applicability provisions.
SF 2496: A bill for an act relating to Iowa’s urban renewal law by modifying the division of revenue for certain emergency medical services property tax levies and including effective date and applicability provisions.
HF 2305: A bill for an act relating to health care decisions related to palliative care, hospice programs, life-sustaining procedures, out-of-hospital do-not-resuscitate orders, durable power of attorney for health care, and probate court guardianship reports.
HF 2329: A bill for an act relating to interest rates and charges on regulated loans and consumer credit transaction service charges.
HF 2501: A bill for an act relating to the conduct of elections.
HF 2532: A bill for an act relating to probate and trust matters, including time limitations on actions, attorney fees, trust code proceedings and notice requirements, damages for wrongful death, and filing deadlines, and including effective date and applicability provisions.
HF 2543: A bill for an act relating to subacute mental health care facilities and services and including effective date provisions.
HF 2655: A bill for an act relating to the operating privileges of drivers of authorized emergency vehicles and police officers riding police bicycles.
